I was nominated for The Liebster Award by Felicia Lee. I never expected to get this, so it was a nice surprise when I read her message. With The Liebster Award you can nominate up and coming bloggers who have less than 200 followers. How lovely is that? It allows blogs to get more publicity and is a great way to connect with other bloggers and meet new people!

1. Describe yourself in a sentence.
A truth: I've never been good at describing myself. But I'll try. How about this .. A California girl who wanted to do something more with her life, and thus she created a blog.
2. Which is your all time favorite piece of accessories?
Necklaces and bows! I have this obsession with making my own hair bows. They kind of complete the look, like a final statement.
3. Mascara or eyebrows pencil is more important to you?
Hmmm this is tough. I think I would have to say mascara.
4. Current favorite lip product?
None! I'm actually allergic to something in most lip products :( Not sure what ingredient it is though. Sometimes I can get away with putting a little lip gloss on though.
5. What is the last song you listened to?

6. Favorite Tv series?
NCIS and Pretty Little Liars all the way.
7. Your celebrity style crush.
At the moment Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Lana Del Rey.
8. Designer clothes or high end beauty products?
At the moment I own zero products from either category, but if I have to choose, I would choose high end beauty products. I don't really understand why someone would pay 1,000 dollars for one pair of shoes.

Elle-May of My Love Life. She's amazing. Ohh and The Faltering Bird.
